Group of Companies “Russian investments” adheres to the principle of full independence in decision-making on charitable activity. We proceed from the fact that assistance to organizations or people should not be a subject of advertising and should not be a matter of advice from third parties.

On more than one occasion we have participated in assistance projects, and we believe that such participation is our important social mission.

The companies of the Group and its management also took part in many cultural and educational projects – the exhibitions of Solovyov, Pertsev, Vertinskaya in the Central Exhibition Hall “Manege”, exhibition of Zharkov in the Central House of Artists, Ivanovo, Ples and Yaroslavl, “Art Volga in Ples” project, “Agitlak – Masterpieces of the Soviet Lacquer Miniature” exhibition, Levitan musical festivals and Shalyapin Dacha Festival in the city Ples on Volga. We support modern Russian realist painters working in different regions of Russia.

Several exhibitions of the lacquer miniature have been held with our support, including mobile exhibitions “Palekh Masterpieces – Pride of Russia”, a grandiose exhibition project dedicated to the 90th anniversary of palekh lacquer miniature “Palekh – Russian patrimony” in the Central House of Artists, special non-profit exhibition of the Russian Salon of Antiquities.

Activity in the field of cultural non-profit events and art-initiatives is financed by “Pride of the Fatherland” Charity Foundation (for details visit www.bf-go.ru). The Foundation also supports Ples Secondary General School, Ples School of Arts, Ples Kindergarten, events and operations of the Ples State Museum Preserve, Ples Council of Veterans. The Foundation has supported patients of retirement homes, as well as children spending the New Year in hospitals. The Foundation financed construction of pedestrian bridge in the city of Ples, improvement and equipment of modern environment in courtyards of apartment houses at Kornilova street, construction of playground in the village of Severtsevo. The Foundation supported the first major art project of youth film studio “Nasledniki” – shooting of feature film “Every 88”. This short film was presented by Russia at the official tender of short films of the Moscow International Film Festival – 2016.

The Chairman of the Board of Directors of “Russian investments” Group – K.B. Ignatyev in 2013 acted as the purchaser and one of patrons of archive of the great director A. Tarkovsky at the Sothebys auction in London. The archive worth about 2,5 million dollars was donated to state museums of Ivanovo region.

The largest non-profit scientific research project of the Group is long-term development of the subject of “Technical Progress and Economy of the Future”. On this subject about 300 scientists and developers of inventions in different fields of science and technics have been interviewed, innovation trends and their possible impact on the world market and local economies have been studied. We are analyzing these materials lectures are prepared on their basis for students of Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration attached to the President of Russia, other higher education institutions, informational and analytical reports.
