On May 29 “boiling point” was opened in “Silver City” Mall. Before that the potential participants of the “point” have been speaking about the project very carefully, not quite knowing what it is all about, but on Monday everything fell into place – now they have clear and bright understanding.

The large, bright space, named “boiling point”, is like a boiler for discussion for business ideas, for creation of startups, for search for partners and investors. However, a comparison with a boiler is not quite good. In the “boiling point” – just like in a pressure cooker, everything boils at a higher temperature, and the cooking process takes less time.

On Monday, at the opening, the “point” was visited by 264 people! There were much more potential “cooks” (if to continue our culinary comparison) than we need for comfortable everyday work of “Point”. Increased interest in the project once again convinced the enthusiasts that they have made right choice. A scrutiny by the world’s leading experts has added some temperature.

The rector of the Presidential Academy of State Service Vladimir Mau has find some time in his super-tight schedule – just a few hours – and came from Moscow. And immediately after the speech he quickly went to Vladimir to take a train to Moscow.

Trying not to miss a word, the audience listened to the director of “Young Professionals” ASI direction (Agency for Strategic Initiatives), Dmitry Peskov.

Deputy Minister of Industry and Trade Viktor Evtukhov has also praised the initiative. He was so inspired with the ideas and non-standard organisation of space that he was ready to talk to the media, informally sitting on a hare (see below). But the protocol service reminded him about the status…

Amazingly comfortable and at the same time absolutely informal interior of «Boiling point” invites to creative work. Here you can sit freely, leaning back in frameless chair or the designer chairs, made in the form of hares. You can sit comfortably on the couch… Participants in the forum, even the most serious statesmen did so with great pleasure and have told us about its ergonomic fit, which invites to generate ideas.

But the meaning of “point” is not about the walls and the interior. Its purpose is creative potential of its participants, creation of start-ups, brilliant ideas and projects that will start at the boiling of the “point”!

The following persons shared their practical experience of entering the world markets and building successful companies: Andrei Burmatikov ( Faberlic ), Vasily Arkhipov (KB Arkhipov), Elena Mammontova ( Mateoglass ). Interesting ideas were provided by the representative of the third world’s communications group Publicis Dragorad Knez. At the working sessions (preforesights) the strongest moderators has been talking about the topics that will be included in the agenda of the Foresight Camps Plyos this August.

Ivanovo Region Governor Pavel Kon’kov, Ivanovo’s Mayor Vladimir Sharipov, seven rectors of Ivanovo universities, captains of large and small businesses, young entrepreneurs, students, journalists, bloggers, scientists, designers, Fashionnet project developers have actively supported the temperature in the “boiling point” by their active participation.

Dozens of people who came to the “point” for the first time became the participants of the practical planning of the future in “foresight” format under the guidance of the best Russian moderators.
At the opening there were members of the 9 regions of Russia, and colleagues from Saint Petersburg actually passed the baton of Foresight navigation: their foresight fleet and future Plyos Foresight Camp (August 22-29) have much in common about agenda and purpose.

The second day of the “boiling point” has shown the actual start of the start-up competition – in the framework of the tracks of the acceleration program 10 most interesting projects were chosen.
