On October 23, 2015, Kirill Borisovich Ignatyev gave a lecture “Technology Progress and Economy of the Future” at the quarterly training seminar for the executives of the Russian Emercom under the leadership of the head of EMERCOM, Vladimir Puchkov.

Similar seminars are held all over the country, and the knowledge gained during the seminars allows to make effective decisions in crisis situations and to implement new approaches in protection of the population and territories against dangers and threats at federal, regional and local levels.
