The annual Gaidar Forum is currently held in Moscow, this year it is held under the motto “Russia and the world: a look into the future”. This is the first major international event this year.
Politicians, economists, authorities and businesses, foreign experts are discussing development of Russian economy in the present rather difficult conditions. The forum is held against the background of falling of global oil prices to the level of 30 USD / barrel.
The Chairman of the Board of Directors of “Russian investments” GC Kirill Ignatyev spoke as an expert at the Gaidar Forum in the discussion of “THE FUTURE OF THE IMPOSSIBLE”.
During the discussion, together with eminent members, Kirill Borisovich tried to give answers to the following questions:
- How will the new technologies change our life in the near future? What are the risks and benefits of their mass implementation?
- What is the extent of impact of production automation on the future of labor market and development of global economy?
- Which services of the new technological markets will be most demanded by the mass consumer? How will the appearing business models affecting our life?
- What is the place and role of Russia in the global change of technological mode?
Gaidar Forum will close on the evening of January 15.
